Steven Corn's years of experience in the music business has given him a unique perspective. His background involves film composing, music supervision, post sound production, film/TV soundtracks, music licensing and, most recently, as EVP of LicenseMusic.com. There are very few people in the industry with the breadth of his understanding as both a licensor and a licensee. Combined with his knack to steer small companies into periods of sustained growth, his skills encompass the best of the creative and business worlds.

He created Corn Music Services, Inc. to offer his services to the music community. His clients include several music libraries and independent record companies.

Currently, Steven Corn also serves as CEO of BFM Digital (formerly known as Big Fish Media) a well-know digital music distribution company (BFM Digital).

Formerly, he was the Executive Vice President in charge of sales, marketing and business development for LicenseMusic.com. Supervising these activities for this leading B2B Internet music site, his responsibilities included developing marketing and sales plans, supervising product development and developing strategic alliances. As a result of his efforts, LicenseMusic.com saw continued growth and development into the new arena of online music licensing.

His experience with small companies was preceded as the Vice President and General Manager of Megatrax. By expanding their licensing department and supervising the placement of their music in literally hundreds of film, television, advertising and multimedia projects, Megatrax acheived a significant market share gain in a very competitive marketplace. His clients included all the major studios and television networks as well as a multitude of independent production companies. He also developed the first, fully accessible online licensing process utilizing a strategic alliance with Liquid Audio.

Prior to joining Megatrax, he served as executive in charge of music for many theatrical and home video releases at LIVE Entertainment (now Artisan Entertainment). He negotiated soundtrack deals and administered their catalog of publishing rights in over 60 films.

On the creative side, Steven Corn continues his work as a music supervisor for independent film and television projects. His recent projects include music supervision for the Fox Family film "Amati Girls," "Nicolas" , the Showtime feature "The Collectors," and the 110-episode TV series "Miami Sands" produced by Promark Entertainment. His background includes 7 years as a self-unemployed composer providing a variety of music production/composing services for companies such as Hanna-Barbera, Marvel, Saban Entertainment, and HBO.

He graduated Berklee College of Music with a Bachelors Degree of Music, majoring in film composition. He also completed graduate work in the Advanced Studies Program at USC's School of Music.

Among his most successful creations are his three wonderful children (Samantha, Sarah and Jonathan), which are a joint venture with his beautiful wife, Amy.
